Bain's 7 Year Old Symphony 1975 Nose: Soft and delectable withA limited release from Bain's, produced at the James Sedgwick Distillery in Wellington, Western Cape. This whisky began its life as the standard Bain's but then underwent further maturation in wood, totalling 7 years, before being aged for 3 months in a "sonic cellar" at the distillery. The music of South African artist Tellaman was played into the barrels, which would cause the maturing whisky inside to constantly move and interact with the wood. A
